We want you to get the care you deserve.
Online vs. In-person.
In-person counselling takes place at our comfortable office located at 1265 Arthur Street East, Suite 303A, Thunder Bay, Ontario, P7E 5H7. This setting provides a private, welcoming environment where clients can engage in face-to-face sessions with Marnie, fostering a strong therapeutic connection. For those who prefer not to visit the office, online counselling is available through a secure platform called OWL and telephone counselling. The online format closely resembles in-person meetings, offering a convenient and discreet alternative from the comfort of your home or office. Online counselling is particularly beneficial for individuals with busy schedules or family commitments, providing flexible access to support for issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, low self-esteem, and stress. Whether in-person or online, both options offer effective, personalized support to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
How to Book?
1. Email or phone Marnie to set up an appointment. Please specify if you prefer online counselling or an in-person therapy session.
2. Once an appointment has been set, you will get an email with the required forms to fill out. We will have our appointment via an OASW-approved platform called OWL.
3. All appointments will be set using EST – Eastern Standard Time Zone
Online or Phone Counselling is not suitable for:
